SALES POLICY

 

• We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone, for any reason. If a sale is cancelled, any deposits received will be returned.

 

• We are a closed rabbitry. This is for the health and safety of our rabbits. If you want a rabbit we will arrange to meet you at a local public place for pickup.  

 

• We refuse to sell to anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present to sign for the rabbit. We support and encourage youth breeders, but want to ensure that parents are aware of the exchange.

 

• A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made within 5 days in order to place a rabbit of your choice on hold until it can be delivered or picked up. The balance must be paid at the time of picking up the rabbit.  If the rabbit isn’t picked up within two weeks of deposit, or other agreed upon arrangements are not made, the rabbit will be released for sale again and no refund will be issued. Rabbits will not leave the premises without being paid for in full.

 

• No rabbits under the age of 8 weeks will be sold. No exceptions.

• We only provide the rabbit. We do not provide cages, carriers, transportation, food (except for mixing rations to switch the rabbit to the food of your choice), or any other supplies you will need.  You will need to bring a carrier with you to pick up your rabbit.

 

• The buyer is responsible for checking the rabbit over before purchasing.  All rabbits come with a Health Guarantee. We guarantee all of our animals to be in good health, free from disease or injury up to the time the buyer takes responsibility. Once the animal leaves the premises, we revoke any guarantees unless the illness or death can be proven to be a pre-existing condition (i.e. a veterinarian certificate stating the cause & date of death being of a pre-existing condition). In this case, we will give a replacement rabbit of similar quality. 

 

• We are not held responsible for any veterinarian bills.  Ever.

 

• We do not guarantee show quality, reproductive ability, or quality of offspring. We will sell to the best of our ability and will tell you so if the rabbit has been a proven breeder or show rabbit, but these things are very hard to predict for the future.

 

• Pedigreed rabbits come with a three generation printed pedigree.

 

• We do NOT accept personal checks.  We accept payment via Paypal or Cash ONLY.

 

• Pricing of rabbits may vary greatly based on breed, pedigree, age, sex, color, and quantity being sold (single, pair, trio, etc.)

 

• We do not provide transport of rabbits. It is up to the buyer to pick up the rabbit at a pre-determined location.  If the buyer wishes to use other methods of transporting, we are not responsible  for making any arrangements or payment for such, nor can we guarantee the rabbit during transport.
